01 Series sheet
Four series of full-size built-ins, told apart by what sits behind the door: a lit dial, a row of touch keys with a SERVICE light, an icon display, or the current CL touch panel. The control decides what a diagnosis can read before a panel comes off.

02 Work We Do
Refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and wine storage — every one of them a Sub-Zero set into cabinetry, from dial-control 500 Series units to the current Classic line.
Bay 01
Fresh-food faults on built-in Sub-Zero combinations and all-refrigerator units: sensors, fans, defrost, controls and the sealed system.
Bay 02
Freezer-side faults on built-in Sub-Zero units: frosted evaporators, defrost heaters and terminators, sensors and run-time codes.
Bay 03
Ice makers inside built-in Sub-Zero freezers: water valves, fill lines, harvest faults and the ice-maker code on 600 Series controls.
Bay 04
Sub-Zero wine storage: zone control, glass-door condensation, short cycling and compressor faults.
03 Coverage
The Sammamish River splits Redmond in two for anyone chasing an ice-maker fault: city wells on the east bank, the softer Tolt supply to the west and up on the plateau.

The same four stations on a dial-control 500 Series and on a current Classic; only what the control can tell us changes.
Read us the model and serial from the tag inside the door by the top hinge, plus what the display shows. The series settles which codes and parts apply.
Stored codes pulled from the control where the series keeps them, cabinet and evaporator temperatures taken, the condenser and fans looked at before anything is condemned.
One written figure for parts and labour before a panel comes off. Say no and the $89 visit is all you pay; say yes and it comes off the bill.
Repair done, stored codes cleared where the control allows it, and the unit left running while the temperatures are watched coming down.

Cubes came out hollow and cloudy, which two people had blamed on our water. He measured the fill, showed me it was well short, and traced that to a partly blocked drain.
A rattle behind the freezer went quiet whenever the door opened, so I was sure the compressor was finished. It was a cracked fan blade clipping its shroud. Half an hour, silent since.
Cubes arrived fused into a single slab every couple of days. The bin thermostat was cutting out late, so the pile never got a rest. Replaced, drain slope adjusted, no talk of a new machine.
